Essenti Talent is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor (Building Oversight) to lead clinical and operational workflow in a Connecticut facility during the 3:00 PM–11:00 PM shift, Monday to Friday. This role blends clinical leadership with building safety, ensuring resident-centered care and regulatory compliance across all units.

You will supervise evening nursing staff, coordinate admissions and transfers, oversee documentation in PointClickCare, and mentor the team while responding to

Competenze

• Hold a current, active RN license in Connecticut.
• Minimum 2–3 years nursing experience in SNF, LTC, or sub-acute rehab.
• Prior supervisory/house supervisor or charge nurse experience strongly preferred.
• Strong clinical prioritization and independent decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency with EMR systems (e.g., PointClickCare) for tracking, orders and incident reporting.

Mansioni

• Oversee building-wide nursing operations during evening shift (3:00 PM–11:00 PM, M–F).
• Serve as primary clinical decision-maker for acute resident status changes and emergencies.
• Conduct regular rounds to monitor care, med administration, infection control and charting.
• Manage shift staffing and resource allocation to ensure adequate coverage.
• Oversee admissions, room placements, and physician order entries; handoffs to overnight leadership.
• Coach and mentor evening RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to maintain professional standards.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with CT DPH and CMS guidelines and report incidents as required.
