Horan Hiring Solutions, LLC is assisting a Connecticut-based healthcare and senior living organization in recruiting an experienced RN Supervisor (Building Oversight) for the evening shift. The role oversees clinical and operational workflow from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday–Friday, ensuring resident-centered care and regulatory compliance.

Reporting to nursing administration, you will guide charge nurses and CNAs, manage emergencies, and coordinate staffing while maintaining facility-wide

Formación

• Active Registered Nurse license in Connecticut.
• Minimum 2–3 years nursing experience in SNF/LTC or sub-acute rehab.
• Prior supervisory or house supervisor experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and independent decision-making skills.
• Proficient with EMR systems (PointClickCare) for charting and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and coordinate evening nursing operations across all units (3:00 PM–11:00 PM).
• Serve as primary clinical leader on duty and manage patient care requirements.
• Oversee admissions, patient transfers, and shift handoffs with oncoming staff.
• Mentor RNs, LPNs, and CNAs; uphold professional standards.
• Ensure compliance with DPH and CMS regulations and document ethically.
