Job summary

RRC Solutions Group is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor for Building Operations in Connecticut. This on-site role oversees the entire facility’s clinical and operational workflow during the 3:00 PM–11:00 PM shift, Monday through Friday, reporting to nursing administration.

You will lead nursing operations, supervise RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, and ensure high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and efficient evening operations across all units.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license in the State of Connecticut.
• 2–3 years of clinical nursing experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar setting.
• Supervisory or house supervisor experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and autonomous decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with EMR systems (e.g., PointClickCare).

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing operations across all facility units during the evening shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, Mon–Fri).
• Act as primary clinical decision-maker for adverse resident changes and facility events.
• Conduct regular rounds to oversee care delivery, meds, infection control, and charting.
• Manage shift staffing and resource allocation to ensure adequate coverage.
• Oversee evening admissions, room placements and shift handoffs with overnight leadership.
• Coach and mentor evening RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (DPH and CMS) and prompt incident reporting.
