Top Echelon Software LLC is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor (Building Oversight) for evenings at a Connecticut facility. The role commands clinical leadership and overall facility operations from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday, on-site.

The position emphasizes resident-centered care, staff mentorship, regulatory compliance, and rapid clinical decision-making under pressure, with direct reports including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.

Qualifications

• RN licensure current and unrestricted in Connecticut.
• 2–3 years clinical nursing in SNF/LTC/sub-acute rehab.
• Experience supervising in a skilled nursing setting preferred.
• Strong prioritization and autonomous decision-making under pressure.
• Proficient with Electronic Medical Record systems (PointClickCare).

Responsabilités

• Supervise evening nursing operations across all facility units (3–11 PM, M–F).
• Act as primary clinical decision-maker for acute resident changes and emergencies.
• Conduct regular rounds to oversee care, meds, infection control, and charting.
• Adjust staffing to maintain adequate coverage and balance workload.
• Oversee admissions, room placements, and shift handoffs with oncoming leadership.
• Coach RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to uphold standards and teamwork.
• Ensure documentation adheres to Connecticut DPH and CMS guidelines.
