Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor for Building Oversight to lead evening clinical operations in a Connecticut facility. The role covers supervision of nurses, triage, and regulatory compliance from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

You will mentor RNs, LPNs, and CNAs while ensuring safe, person-centered care and adherence to CMS and DPH guidelines. Hospitals and long-term care settings welcome applicants with strong EMR skills, especially PointClickCare,

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Connecticut.
• 2–3 years SNF/LTC/sub-acute care experience.
• Experience supervising nursing teams.
• Proficient with PointClickCare EMR.

Responsibilities

• Oversee evening nursing operations across all facility units during the evening shift (3:00 PM–11:00 PM, M–F).
• Serve as primary clinical decision-maker for emergencies and transfers.
• Conduct regular rounds to supervise care, meds, infection control, and charting.
• Coach and guide RNs, LPNs, and CNAs; manage staffing and handoffs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with DPH and CMS guidelines.
