Job summary

Food Management Search, Inc. is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor for Building Operations to lead evening clinical and operational workflows across the facility in Connecticut.

This role reports to nursing administration and commands the shift from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday, ensuring high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance. The position emphasizes supervision of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, coordination of admissions, and hands-on clinical leadership during off-peak

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license in Connecticut.
• 2–3 years of clinical nursing experience in SNF/LTC or sub-acute settings.
• Supervisory or house supervisor experience preferred.
• Ability to prioritize care and make quick clinical decisions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee building-wide nursing operations during evening shift (3:00 PM–11:00 PM, M–F).
• Lead clinical triage, emergencies, and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor RNs, LPNs, and CNAs; ensure safe, person-centered care.
• Coordinate admissions, handoffs, and chart documentation.
• Manage staffing and resources to maintain coverage.
