Top Echelon Software, LLC invites applications for an RN Supervisor (Building Oversight) to lead evening clinical and operational workflow in a Connecticut facility. Shift is 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, Monday–Friday, with direct reporting to nursing administration.

The role requires an active CT RN license and 2–3 years in SNF/LTC or sub-acute care, plus EMR experience (PointClickCare). You will mentor RNs/LPNs/CNAs and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Active RN license in Connecticut.
• 2–3 years of clinical nursing experience in SNF/LTC or sub-acute care.
• Supervisory/leadership experience in a skilled nursing setting preferred.
• Strong clinical prioritization and independent decision-making.
• EMR proficiency with PointClickCare.

Aufgaben

• Oversee building-wide nursing operations during evenings (3:00 PM–11:00 PM, M–F).
• Act as primary clinical decision-maker for emergencies and transfers.
• Conduct regular rounds to oversee care, meds, infection control, and charting.
• Manage shift staffing and resource allocations.
• Oversee admissions, room placements, and shift handoffs.
• Coach and supervise evening RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
• Ensure CT DPH and CMS regulatory compliance; report incidents.
