Job summary

Talent Solutions Partners in Connecticut seeks an experienced RN Supervisor (Building Oversight) for the evenings to manage clinical and operational workflow across the facility from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

As the primary clinical leader on duty, you will supervise RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, ensure regulatory compliance with DPH and CMS, coordinate admissions and transfers, and mentor staff while maintaining person-centered resident care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Connecticut.
• 2–3+ years of clinical nursing in SNF/LTC or sub-acute setting.
• Prior supervisory/leadership experience in a nursing home environment preferred.
• Strong clinical prioritization and autonomous decision-making across multiple units.
• Familiarity with EMR systems, especially PointClickCare.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate nursing operations across all units during the evening shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, M–F).
• Serve as primary clinical decision-maker for resident status changes, emergencies, and facility-wide events.
• Conduct regular rounds to supervise care delivery, medication administration, and charting.
• Manage staffing and resource allocation to maintain safe care and adequate coverage.
• Oversee evening admissions, room placements, and physician order entry; ensure smooth shift handoffs.
• Mentor and guide evening RNs, LPNs, and CNAs; uphold professional standards.
• Ensure compliance with CT DPH and CMS regulations; promptly report incidents to admin.
