LRSolutions, LLC seeks an experienced RN Supervisor (Building Oversight) for the evenings at a Connecticut facility. You will manage clinical and operational workflow from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday–Friday, serving as the primary clinical leader on duty.

Responsibilities include supervising nursing operations, triage during emergencies, rounds, staffing, admissions, and regulatory compliance with DPH and CMS guidelines. Mentorship of RNs/LPNs/CNAs is expected.

Formación

• Active RN license in CT.
• 2–3 years nursing experience in SNF/LTC/sub-acute rehab.
• Supervisory/leadership experience in a nursing setting preferred.
• Strong clinical prioritization and autonomy.
• Proficient with EMR systems (e.g., PointClickCare).

Responsabilidades

• Build-wide operational leadership during evening shift.
• Oversee triage, emergencies, and incident reporting after hours.
• Conduct rounds and supervise nursing care across units.
• Manage staffing and resource allocation for the shift.
• Oversee admissions, handoffs, and physician orders.
• Mentor RNs, LPNs, and CNAs; ensure regulatory compliance.
