ASHFORD CONNEX, LLC is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor (Building Oversight) for the evening shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, Monday–Friday) to manage clinical and operational workflow across the facility in Connecticut. You will lead the nursing team, supervise admissions and rounds, and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role requires an active CT RN license, 2–3 years of SNF/LTC experience, and strong EMR skills (PointClickCare).

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Connecticut
• 2–3 years of clinical nursing experience in SNF/LTC/sub-acute settings
• Prior supervisory or building leadership experience preferred
• Strong clinical prioritization and independent decision-making abilities
• Proficiency with EMR systems (e.g., PointClickCare) for tracking and reporting

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate evening nursing operations across all units (3:00 PM–11:00 PM, M–F).
• Act as primary clinical decision-maker for resident status changes and transfers.
• Conduct facility rounds to ensure care delivery, meds administration, infection control, and charting.
• Manage shift staffing to maintain adequate coverage and workload balance.
• Oversee evening admissions, room placements, and shift handoffs with overnight leadership.
• Mentor and guide RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to foster teamwork and standards.
• Ensure documentation complies with CT DPH and CMS guidelines and report incidents.
