Job summary

Htprof is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to lead building operations and clinical care during the evening shift in a Connecticut facility. You will oversee nursing workflows, coordinate care, and ensure safety and quality across all units from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

The role requires an active CT RN license, 2–3 years in SNF/LTC, and proficiency with EMR systems (PointClickCare). You will mentor staff, manage emergencies, and uphold regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Connecticut.
• 2–3 years of SNF/LTC/sub-acute nursing experience.
• Supervisory/house supervisor experience in SNF preferred.
• Strong clinical prioritization and autonomous decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Oversee building-wide evening nursing operations (3–11 PM, M–F).
• Act as primary clinical decision-maker for emergencies and transfers.
• Conduct regular rounds across units for care, meds, infection control, and charting.
• Manage staffing and resource allocation for evening shift.
• Oversee admissions, room placements, and physician orders; handoffs.
• Coach and supervise evening RNs, LPNs, and CNAs; ensure teamwork.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and prompt incident reporting.
