United Future is seeking an RN Supervisor (Building Oversight) for the evenings in Connecticut. The role leads clinical and operational workflow from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday, ensuring resident-centered care and compliance across the facility.

The ideal candidate has an active CT RN license, 2–3 years in SNF/LTC, and proven supervisory experience, with strong EMR skills and a collaborative leadership style.

Qualifikationen

• Active RN license in Connecticut.
• 2–3 years clinical nursing in SNF/LTC/sub-acute rehab.
• Prior supervisory/house supervisor experience in skilled nursing.
• Strong clinical assessment skills with rapid decision-making.
• Proficient with EMR systems (e.g., PointClickCare).

Aufgaben

• Supervise and coordinate nursing operations across all facility units during the evening shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, M–F) ensuring high-quality care.
• Serve as primary clinical decision-maker for acute resident status changes and transfers during off-peak hours.
• Conduct rounds to oversee evening nursing care, meds, infection control, and charting.
• Adjust staffing to maintain adequate coverage and balance workload.
• Oversee evening admissions and shift handoffs with oncoming leadership.
• Coach and direct RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, promoting professional standards.
• Ensure documentation aligns with DPH and CMS guidelines; report incidents promptly.
