Job summary

Acloché LLC is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor (Building Oversight) for the Evening shift at a Connecticut healthcare and senior living campus.

You will lead clinical operations from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, oversee nursing workflows, supervise RNs, LPNs, CNAs, ensure compliance with DPH and CMS, and coordinate admissions and handoffs. This is a direct-hire, on-site role with strong benefits and a focus on resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of nursing experience in SNF/LTC/sub-acute settings.
• Demonstrated supervisory or leadership experience in a healthcare facility.
• Strong clinical assessment skills with independent decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Supervise evening nursing operations across all units.
• Serve as primary clinical decision-maker for emergencies and transfers.
• Conduct facility rounds to oversee care delivery and documentation.
• Manage staffing assignments to ensure adequate coverage.
• Oversee admissions, room placements, and handoffs with overnight leadership.
• Coach RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to maintain professional standards.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with DPH and CMS guidelines, report incidents.
