Job summary

Tom Trese Networking LLC is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor for building oversight during the evening shift in Connecticut. The role commands overall clinical and operational workflow from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday, reporting to nursing administration.

You will lead clinical care, supervise staff, manage emergencies, and ensure regulatory compliance across the facility while maintaining person-centered resident care and smooth shift handoffs.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license in Connecticut.
• Minimum 2–3 years nursing experience in SNF/LTC/sub-acute rehab.
• Supervisory or house supervisor experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment skills and autonomy.
• Proficient EMR usage for tracking, orders, and incidents.

Responsibilities

• Lead nursing operations across all units during evening shift (3–11 PM, M–F).
• Serve as primary clinical decision-maker for resident status changes and emergencies.
• Conduct rounds to oversee care, meds, infection control, and charting.
• Staffing and resource management to ensure adequate coverage.
• Oversee admissions, room placements, and shift handovers.
• Coach RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to uphold professional standards.
• Ensure regulatory compliance per DPH and CMS guidelines.
