Job summary

Management Performance Associates seeks an experienced RN Supervisor to oversee building operations and clinical workflow during the evening shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, M–F) at a Connecticut facility. You will lead nursing teams, guide caregivers, and assure safety, quality care, and regulatory compliance.

You will coordinate admissions, rounds, and shift handoffs while managing emergencies and ensuring appropriate documentation.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Connecticut.
• 2–3 years of SNF/LTC/sub-acute experience.
• Experience in supervisory roles in nursing facilities.
• Strong clinical prioritization and autonomous decision-making.
• EMR experience (PointClickCare).

Responsibilities

• Build-wide operational leadership and oversight during evening shift.
• Manage staffing, patient flow, and nurse-to-resident allocations.
• Conduct rounds and ensure documentation, infection control, and safety.
• Coordinate admissions, room placements, and handoffs with night leadership.
• Coach RNs, LPNs, and CNAs; model professional standards.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and timely incident reporting.
