Job summary

Loxo seeks an experienced RN Supervisor (Building Oversight) for the Connecticut facility. This role commands the evening clinical operations from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday, ensuring patient-centered care and safe, compliant workflows.

You will mentor RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, supervise shifts, manage emergencies, and collaborate with nursing administration to uphold regulatory standards across the building.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license in Connecticut
• 2–3 years nursing experience in SNF/LTC/sub-acute rehab
• Supervisory/leadership experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and autonomous decision-making

Responsibilities

• Oversee evening nursing operations across all units (3–11 PM)
• Serve as primary clinical decision-maker during off-hours
• Ensure charting, infection control, and medication administration compliance
• Mentor and direct RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
• Coordinate admissions, handoffs, and physician orders
• Maintain regulatory compliance with DPH and CMS
