Job summary

Eden Capital Careers is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor (Building Oversight) for an established healthcare and senior living organization in Connecticut. The Evening shift from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM is direct-hire, on-site, with responsibility for clinical and operational workflow across the facility.

You will supervise nursing teams, coordinate patient care, enforce regulatory compliance (DPH & CMS), mentor RNs and CNAs, and oversee admissions, rounds, and incident reporting.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Connecticut with no restrictions.
• 2–3 years of clinical nursing experience in SNF/LTC or sub-acute settings.
• Prior supervisory or house supervisor experience is strongly preferred.
• Ability to prioritize clinically and operate autonomously in a multi-unit environment.
• Proficient with EMR systems, specifically PointClickCare.

Responsibilities

• Provide building-wide operational leadership during evening shift (3:00 PM–11:00 PM, M–F).
• Serve as primary clinical decision-maker for acute status changes and emergency events.
• Conduct regular rounds to oversee nursing care delivery, medications, infection control, and charting.
• Adjust staff assignments to maintain adequate coverage and balance workload.
• Oversee admissions, room placements, and shift handoffs with overnight leadership.
• Mentor RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to uphold professional standards.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with Connecticut DPH and CMS guidelines.
