Talent With Heart is seeking an RN Supervisor (Building Oversight) for the Evening shift (3:00 PM–11:00 PM, M–F) to lead clinical operations across the facility on-site in Connecticut. You will supervise RNs/LPNs/CNAs, ensure resident-centered care, coordinate care delivery, and drive regulatory compliance during the evening hours.

This full-time role reports to nursing administration, emphasizes mentorship and rapid decision-making, and requires a Connecticut RN license with 2–3 years in

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Connecticut.
• 2–3 years of clinical nursing in SNF/LTC or sub-acute rehab.
• Supervisory/leadership experience in a nursing setting preferred.
• Proficient with PointClickCare EMR and clinical documentation.

Responsabilités

• Lead building-wide nursing operations during the evening shift (3:00 PM–11:00 PM, Mon–Fri).
• Act as primary clinical decision-maker for emergencies and off-peak events.
• Oversee rounds, care delivery, medication administration, infection control, and charting.
• Adjust staffing and resources to maintain coverage and balance workload.
• Oversee evening admissions, bed placements, and physician order entries; manage handoffs.
• Mentor and supervise RNs, LPNs, and CNAs; uphold professional standards.
• Ensure compliance with DPH and CMS guidelines; report incidents promptly.
