Key People is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor (Building Oversight) for the evenings (3:00 PM–11:00 PM, Monday–Friday) to manage clinical and operational workflow across the facility in Connecticut. The role reports to nursing administration and serves as the primary clinical leader on duty for the evenings.

The position emphasizes person-centered resident care, coordination of nursing workflows across units, mentorship of staff, and strict regulatory compliance.

Qualificações

• Active RN license in Connecticut.
• 2–3 years clinical nursing experience in SNF/LTC/sub-acute rehab.
• Supervisory/leadership experience in a skilled nursing setting preferred.
• Ability to prioritize clinical needs rapidly and make autonomous decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee evening nursing operations and ensure resident safety.
• Act as primary clinical decision-maker for acute changes and transfers.
• Conduct facility rounds to monitor care, meds, infection control, and charting.
• Manage staffing and resources to balance workload and coverage.
• Oversee admissions, room placements, and shift handoffs with oncoming leadership.
• Coach and guide evening RNs/LPNs/CNAs to uphold professional standards.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with DPH and CMS guidelines.
