Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Guest Services Associate to welcome guests, guide them from registration to checkout, and provide resort information.

You’ll handle room rate quotes, reservations, and cash/credit transactions with accuracy, maintain a professional appearance, and respond promptly to inquiries. This role offers evenings and overnight shifts at our resort, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Hospitality-focused guest reception and check-in/out.
• Provide room rate quotes and reservations information.
• Process cash and credit card transactions.
• Balance cash receipts and perform money handling.
• Respond to guest inquiries quickly and completely.
• Maintain professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Strong English reading and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide information about the resort.
• Guide guests through registration, issue keys, and confirm reservations.
• Provide guests with room rate quotes and confirm reservations.
• Process transactions according to established procedures.
• Balance cash receipts, perform bucket checks, and other money handling tasks.
• Complete checkout procedures and verify charges in guest folios.
• Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals and/or groups.
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns quickly and completely.
