Travel + Leisure Co. invites applications for a Guest Services Associate to warmly welcome guests, manage registrations, and assist with checkout at our resort locations.

You will provide room rate quotes, guidance on local attractions, and handle cash/credit transactions while ensuring accuracy and guest satisfaction. This role requires a second shift (2-10:30pm) and a professional, service-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to read, write and understand English.
• Basic math skills and knowledge of proper cash handling procedures.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.
• Professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them from registration to checkout.
• Provide room rate quotes and information about the resort and attractions.
• Process cash and credit card transactions following established procedures.
• Balance cash receipts and perform standard cashier duties.
• Complete check-out procedures and verify charges in guest folios.
• Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals and groups.
