Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of experience as a resident assistant in a senior living community or healthcare setting preferred.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, web platforms, and electronic health record systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care needs including grooming, hygiene, and nutrition.
• Respond to signal lights and intercom to assess resident needs proactively.
• Take and record vital signs and monitor intake/output as directed.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Help with linens, errands, and dining assistance.
• Encourage participation in activities and communicate with families and staff.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming living environment.
• Follow advance directives and communicate resident wishes.
• Uphold infection prevention and PPE protocols.
