Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of experience as a resident assistant preferred.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care, grooming, hygiene, and nutrition.
• Respond to signals via lights and intercom; act proactively.
• Record vital signs and intake/output as directed.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Support dining, activities, and community engagement.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety; communicate with care team.
