Job summary

CTDI is seeking a Production Supervisor for 2nd shift in Kentucky. The role oversees production workers, ensures targets and quality, and drives P&L results. Shift is 3:00PM - 11:30PM, Monday - Friday, with a pay rate of $21.42 per hour plus 20% shift differential.

The position includes responsibilities for scheduling, KPI achievement, and continuous improvement. CTDI offers weekly pay, a monthly incentive bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, prescription

Qualifications

• 1+ years of leadership experience in a materials/distribution environment is preferred.
• Capable problem solving and decision making with a strategic improvement focus.
• Detail oriented and organized with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities, with effective verbal and written communication.
• Capacity to engage with customers professionally.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Supervises workers operating production machinery and ensures quality control.
• Schedules tasks, troubleshoots issues, and implements efficiency improvements.
• Meets daily KPIs with accurate reporting and customer expectations.
• Delivers clear information during shift transitions to prep the next shift.
• Provides first level support for escalated issues during the shift.
• Monitors performance metrics to maintain consistent production quality.
• Communicates with management and customers to meet SLAs and resolve issues.
• Engages in employee relations to maintain a positive work environment.
• Assists in P&L forecasting and labor planning.
• Prepares daily performance feedback and reporting.
• Coordinates workflow to meet demand and ensure adequate staffing and inventory.
• Provides training and guidance on procedures and processes.
• Ensures health and safety regulations and company policies are followed.
