Job summary

CTDI in Jeffersonville, IN is seeking a motivated Shift Production Supervisor to coordinate production workers, meet targets, and uphold quality while driving P&L results. The 2nd Shift runs 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with on-site responsibilities in a large-scale engineering, repair and logistics operation that serves major telecom and internet providers.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a materials or distribution environment preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making and process-improvement skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and effective written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production workers operating machinery, assembly, quality checks or packaging.
• Assign daily tasks, support production challenges and improve operations.
• Meet or exceed daily KPIs and report performance clearly to stakeholders.
• Lead shift transitions with clear handoffs and prep for the next shift.
• Support issue escalation and maintain production quality metrics.
• Ensure safety, policy compliance and timely completion of timecards.
