Job summary

CTDI in Kentucky is seeking a Supervisor to oversee production operations. The successful candidate will have 4-7 years of leadership experience, ensuring quality control and employee management in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4-5+ years of leadership experience, preferably in a high volume production environment.
• 5-7+ years supervisory/management experience in a high volume production environment required.
• Technical degree or certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises workers that operate production machinery, assemble items, perform quality control, or package goods for shipment.
• Schedule and assign tasks to workers, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.
• Responsible for meeting or surpassing daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Deliver clear information during shift transition meetings and support escalated issues.
• Maintain production quality by monitoring departmental performance metrics.
• Engage in employee relations initiatives and address employee concerns.
