CTDI is hiring for a Production Supervisor to coordinate and assign activities of production workers, ensuring targets are met and quality standards are upheld. This role drives P&L results within the assigned area or shift.

The 2nd shift runs 3:00PM - 11:30PM, Monday - Friday, with a pay rate of $21.42 per hour plus shift differential. CTDI offers weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of leadership experience in a materials/distribution environment is preferred.
• Capable problem-solving and decision-making with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects.

Responsabilités

• Supervise workers operating production machinery and packaging goods.
• Schedule tasks, troubleshoot, and implement efficiency improvements.
• Meet or exceed daily KPIs with accurate reporting and SLA adherence.
• Lead shift transitions and provide first level escalation support.
