Qualifications

• Foster a Patients First culture and support a team environment.
• Respond to questions and concerns from patients.
• Direct issues to Team Lead or Operations Coordinator when needed.
• Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service to create a positive first impression.
• Complete patient data accurately and verify demographics.
• Schedule patients through NMHC systems with care and courtesy.
• Perform medical necessity checks and communicate options if needed.
• Assist with out-of-pocket estimations and financial discussions.
• Participate in training and cross-training across departments.
• Support scheduling, registration, and insurance verification processes.
