Responsibilities

• Registers patients for visits and explains the registration process.
• Handles patient payments, co-pays, and balances; safeguards cash and reconciles cash drawer.
• Schedules, reschedules, and cancels patient appointments using various sources.
• Reviews patient information for insurance coverage and demographic accuracy.
• Obtains and verifies insurance information and guarantor details during pre-registration.
