Arrow Senior Living in Columbia, MO is seeking a Memory Care Support Partner for the 11pm–7am shift. This full-time role focuses on empathy, observation, and resident-centered engagement in a home-like environment.

You will document changes in residents’ conditions, assist with daily activities, and help orient memory care team members while promoting a supportive atmosphere for residents and staff alike.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to read, write, understand and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Basic computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
• Active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds.
• Able to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking and after a fall.
• Criminal background cleared.

Responsibilities

• Advocate empathy and create human connections with residents.
• Be a patient observer to discover residents' interests and plan engagement.
• Master the mise en scène by preparing environments for daily activities and events.
• Partner with residents to support all facets of daily life from wake to sleep.
• Document resident care and changes in condition.
• Assist with orientation of memory care team members.
