Qualifications

• Two years of experience in customer service, call center, dispatch, or security roles is preferred.

• Strong active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide timely, accurate responses to requests.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks and virtual tours of customer locations.
• Communicate with customer locations using two-way audio/video systems during incidents.
• Answer inbound calls to resolve, escalate, or support security-related inquiries.
• Record interactions and maintain system documentation for follow-up and reporting.
• Respond to alarm signals with verification calls and video checks to confirm incidents.
