Job summary

Interface Systems is seeking a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator for its on-site security operations center in Missouri. You will manage real-time security events, verify alarms, conduct video monitoring, and communicate with customers and emergency services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of customer service, call center, dispatch, or security experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong listening skills and professionalism under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks/ virtual tours of customer locations, observing vulnerabilities and unusual activities.
• Communicate with customer locations using two‑way audio/video surveillance technology.
• Take appropriate action based on severity, including contacting emergency services.
• Answer inbound calls to resolve, escalate, or support security inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records in the system of record and document interactions.
• Monitor, verify and respond to alarm signals and perform video verification of incidents.
• Notify specified individuals per customer instructions and provide life safety support.
• Provide basic alarm support such as arming/disarming and resetting alarms.
• Manage live audio interactions during incidents and de-escalate when needed.
• Document all interactions and generate detailed incident reports.
