Job summary

Interface Systems, LLC is hiring an iSOC Coordinator Level 3 in St. Louis to manage real-time responses during security events. You will verify alarms, monitor video, and communicate with monitored sites using two-way audio/video systems.

The role requires de-escalation and rapid decision-making with emergency dispatch as needed. You will work in a 24/7 operations center, handle escalations, and contribute to detailed incident reports while collaborating with customers and emergency personnel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Two years of experience in customer service, call center, dispatch, or security roles preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Strong active listening skills to understand customer needs.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks/virtual tours of customer locations.
• Conduct virtual security escorts during business opening/closing or upon request.
• Communicate with customer locations using two-way audio/video surveillance technology.
• Verify alarm signals and respond to incidents; notify emergency services as needed.
• Manage live audio interactions during alarm events and direct communication with monitored sites.
• Document all interactions and generate detailed reports on alarm responses and life safety interventions.
