Interface Systems, LLC is seeking a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator for the 7pm–5:30am shift in St. Louis, MO. You will manage real-time security events, verify alarms via video, and coordinate with customers and emergency services using two-way audio/video systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two years of experience in customer service, call center, dispatch, or security roles preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong active listening skills to understand customer needs.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks and virtual tours of customer locations.
• Communicate with customer locations using two-way audio/video surveillance technology.
• Take appropriate action including contacting emergency services when needed.
• Answer inbound phone calls to assist with security inquiries and dispatch support.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in the system of record.
• Generate detailed reports on alarm responses and life safety interventions.
