Job summary

Interface Systems is seeking a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator for its On-site Security Operations Center in the U.S. This role manages live interactions with monitored sites, verifies alarms, and coordinates with emergency services as events unfold.

Training is provided, with benefits starting Day 1 and attractive bonuses for performance and attendance. Shifts run 8–10 hours across 5pm-1:30am and weekends/holidays, with differential pay for evenings, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles or security operations.
• Ability to communicate clearly under pressure.
• Strong listening and situational awareness skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks/virtual tours of customer locations.
• Conduct virtual security escorts during opening/closing or on request.
• Communicate with customer locations using two-way audio/video systems.
• Take action based on severity, including contacting emergency services as needed.
• Answer inbound calls to resolve security and system inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records in the system of record.
• Monitor, verify and respond to alarm signals, and perform video verification.
• Notify specified individuals of alarms or events per instructions.
• Provide life safety support with dispatch to emergency personnel.
• Manage live audio interactions during alarm events, using two-way systems.
• Handle loitering, trespassing or security violations with de-escalation.
• Document interactions and generate detailed incident reports.
