Job summary

Interface Systems, LLC is seeking a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator to manage real-time security events from our on-site office. You will verify alarms, monitor video and audio, and communicate decisively with customers and emergency responders during incidents.

This role offers a 1:30 PM–10:00 PM shift, 8–10 hour days, weekend work, and full benefits from Day 1. Starting pay is $22.00 per hour, with evening, overnight, and weekend differentials plus performance and attendance bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Two years of experience in customer service, call center, dispatch, or security roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ensuring all interactions are handled with professionalism and care.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks and virtual tours of customer locations.
• Communicate with customers at monitored sites using two-way audio/video systems.
• Verify alarm signals and coordinate with emergency services as needed.
• Respond to inquiries from customers, employees, and vendors and document interactions in the system.
• Provide real-time life safety support and de-escalate incidents as required.
• Generate detailed reports on alarm responses and life safety interventions.
