Job summary

Interface Systems is seeking a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator to oversee security and life safety monitoring across multiple sites with real-time responses. You will manage alarm verifications, video monitoring, and live interactions, ensuring rapid and authoritative communication during incidents.

Role emphasizes de-escalation and decisive action, with training provided and a strong emphasis on teamwork within a 24/7 Operations Center environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Two years of experience in customer service, call center, dispatch, or security preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks/virtual tours of customer locations.
• Conduct virtual security escorts for customers during opening/closing or request.
• Communicate with locations using two-way audio/video surveillance tech.
• Take action based on severity, including contacting emergency services.
• Answer inbound calls to resolve or escalate security/system inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records in the system of record.
