Job summary

Interface Systems is seeking a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator to manage real-time security events, alarms, and live interactions with monitored sites from an on-site Security Operations Center. The role emphasizes decisive communication, alarm verification, and rapid incident intervention.

The position offers 2:30pm–12am shifts, 8–10 hour options, robust benefits from day one, and opportunities for bonuses based on performance and attendance. A pre-employment screening is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Two years of experience in customer service, call center, dispatch, or security roles preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ensuring interactions are professional.
• Strong active listening skills to understand customer needs.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to stay calm and professional in high pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks and virtual tours of customer locations.
• Conduct virtual security escorts during opening/closing and on customer request.
• Communicate with customer locations using two-way audio/video systems.
• Answer inbound calls to resolve or escalate security/system inquiries.
• Monitor, verify and respond to alarm signals; document interactions.
• Provide critical life safety support and coordinate with emergency services.
