Interface Systems is seeking an iSOC Level 3 Coordinator for on-site operations in a 24/7 security monitoring center. You will manage remote checks, video verification, and two-way audio communications to resolve security incidents with urgency and professionalism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of experience in customer service, call center, dispatch, or security preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks and virtual tours of customer locations, observing for vulnerabilities or unusual activity.
• Conduct virtual escorts to safeguard customers during business openings and closings.
• Communicate with customer locations using two‑way audio/video surveillance technology.
• Take appropriate action including contacting emergency services when needed.
• Answer inbound calls to resolve, escalate, or support security inquiries from customers and vendors.
• Maintain accurate records in the automation system.
