Job summary

Hampton Inn & Suites Phoenix Downtown, managed by NCG Hospitality, seeks an Evening Hotel Guest Service Representative to greet guests, check them in/out, and handle reservations with a friendly, professional style.

The role requires at least 1 year of hotel front desk or fast-paced customer service experience and the ability to work Saturdays through Tuesdays from 2pm to 10pm. Compensation starts at $18/hour, with potential for higher wages for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of hotel front desk experience or customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work Saturday through Tuesday, 2pm–10pm.

Responsibilities

• Operate the property management system to check-in/check-out guests, make reservations, process payments, and handle cash.
• Provide courteous, prompt service and address guest requests and complaints to exceed expectations.
• Sell the property using sales techniques to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Respond quickly and empathetically to guest issues with effective resolutions.
