Job summary

Residence Inn Phoenix Mesa East is seeking a friendly Guest Service Representative to greet guests, register arrivals, and deliver outstanding service during evening shifts. You will balance reports, process reservations and payments, operate the phone system and property management software, and collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• 1-year hospitality experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate phone system and property management systems.
• Maintain guest confidentiality and professional appearance.
