North Central Group’s Hampton Inn & Suites Phoenix Downtown is hiring an Evening Hotel Guest Service Representative. The role handles phone calls, reservations, and guest check-in/out with a friendly, professional approach in a fast-paced hotel environment. Qualifications

• Must have 1 year of hotel front desk experience or equivalent customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer guests' phones, make reservations, check-in and check-out guests.
• Interact with guests in a courteous, professional manner to create a memorable experience.
• Assist with handling payments and maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
• Proactively respond to guest requests and resolve issues promptly.
