Job summary

Towne Park LLC in Sarasota, FL is seeking an Associate Manager to ensure high levels of client, customer and associate satisfaction at a designated Towne Park location. You will oversee guest/patient services, hire, train, evaluate and direct associates, plan and assign work, appraise performance, and handle financial reporting and customer issues.

Responsibilities include labor allocation, recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and maintaining client communications.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Minimum 1 year of related hospitality experience.
• Knowledge of Towne Park’s safety and security procedures.
• Knowledge of Towne Park’s policies for ticketing, claims and reporting.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and dealing with diverse guests.

Responsibilities

• Ensures guest service is delivered exceptionally and consistently across shifts.
• Manages guest/patient service duties including valet, bell, and door services as needed.
• Leads recruitment, onboarding and performance coaching for associates.
• Maintains client relationships, communicates with site staff, and ensures service goals are met.
• Monitors revenue accuracy, shift reports, and scheduling controls.
