Regions Hospital in Saint Paul, MN seeks a Guest Experience Concierge to ensure excellent service for patients, visitors and staff at entrances. You will assist visitors in locating patients, communicate with staff about visits, and escort visitors to locations across the campus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, patient care, or similar setting.
• Ability to read, write and understand English clearly.
• Experience handling stressful situations with composure.

Responsibilities

• Assist visitors in locating patients within Regions Hospital.
• Escort visitors and communicate with staff about visits and timing.
• Provide de-escalation support as needed to maintain a safe environment.
• Support safe and secure access at hospital entrances.
