Job summary

Springhill Suites Nashville Metrocenter is seeking a friendly Guest Service Agent to welcome guests, check them in, and assist with requests to ensure a smooth stay.

In this on-site role, you will manage guest information, answer questions, and coordinate with team members to deliver memorable service. Fluency in English is required; Spanish is a plus; pay is $18.50/hour with benefits. There are career growth opportunities through our Management Development Program.

Qualifications

• Previous Front Desk experience in a branded or luxury hotel is preferred, but training available.
• Strong computer and software skills; experience with Microsoft Office and hotel platforms is a plus.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Fluent English; additional languages preferred (Spanish highly desired).
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High energy, positive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Pay: $18.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, greet, and assist guests with friendly and professional service.
• Manage guest information, assign rooms, distribute keys, and process guest requests.
• Answer questions and provide helpful information about the hotel and surrounding area.
• Handle guest concerns and requests promptly while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Communicate effectively with guests and fellow TEAM members.
• Maintain accurate records and follow hotel procedures and standards.
• Complete additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
