Illinois Bone and Joint Institute, LLC (IBJI) is seeking a Patient Services Coordinator II to deliver exceptional patient-centered service, manage scheduling, registrations, and help guide patients through insurance and billing processes. You will support IBJI teams, mentor new staff, and contribute to a positive, efficient front-desk environment.

The role requires a high school diploma (associate degree preferred), at least three years in customer service (medical office a plus), and Epic EHR

Competenze

• Minimum three years experience in customer service role required (medical office experience is a plus).
• Minimum 1 year in a patient services related role preferred.
• EHR experience with Epic experience preferred.
• Healthcare office experience is a plus.

• Handle patient balances and communicate insurance benefits.
• Answer general inquiries and manage registrations/pre-registrations.
• Phone reception, patient triage, and escalation to staff as needed.
