B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group is seeking a friendly Guest Service Agent to anticipate guest needs, process check-ins/outs, and assist guests with reservations and requests while upholding high standards.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1+ year guest service experience, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds. Weekend availability and an evening 3pm–11pm schedule are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years prior guest service experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills needed.
• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 75 pounds on an occasional basis.

Responsibilities

• Process check-ins and check-outs, verify billing, create reservations and handle special requests.
• Assist guests with reservations and requests in a friendly, professional and timely manner.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel property, local attractions and hours of operation of hotel outlets and services.
• Uphold B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group guest service recovery program and standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet guest needs and ensure smooth operations.
