Job summary

Sofitel Los Angeles is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver personalized, luxury service to guests from check-in to check-out. You will manage reservations, assist in room service orders, and promote the Le Club loyalty program while upholding Sofitel standards.

As the first point of contact, you will connect with guests in the lobby, provide area knowledge, and ensure a seamless arrival and departure experience, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in all transactions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Front Desk or hospitality or customer service.
• Knowledge of Opera, HotSOS, Micros and Outlook.
• Typing at least 60 words per minute.
• Able to stand for at least 8 hours daily.
• French or Spanish language a plus.

Responsibilities

• Check-in and check-out hotel guests; verify payment methods and registration.
• Promote loyalty program Le Club and upsell hotel services.
• Assist in PBX operations and room service orders; maintain public areas.
