Job summary

Hollywood Volume Hotel is seeking a personable Front Desk Agent to greet guests, check them in/out, and provide prompt, courteous service. You will manage reservations, handle payments including foreign currency, and guide guests on local attractions with knowledge of Los Angeles.

Applicants should have at least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in luxury hotels, and familiar with Opera PMS.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience minimum.
• Luxury hotel experience preferred.
• Familiar with Opera PMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests efficiently.
• Manage arrivals/departures per procedure and ensure accuracy of payments.
• Process payments, including foreign currency transactions.
• Provide directions and local information to guests and assist with inquiries.
• Maintain a neat reception area and assist during emergencies.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
