My Place Hotel in Mesa, Arizona is seeking a Guest Services Representative to be the friendly first touch for guests from reservation through check-out. You’ll handle check-ins, provide local information, and promote the Stay Rewarded program, while maintaining organized records and timely responses.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and dependable professionalism. Flexible AM/PM shifts, with competitive pay and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, check-in/check-out, record charges per policy.
• Provide information about hotel, local attractions, dining.
• Operate phone system, take messages, manage wake-up calls.
• Handle credit card authorizations, cash transactions, and provide change.
• Prepare Night Audit Checklist and maintain front desk logs.
• Report issues to the General Manager.
• Promote Stay Rewarded Loyalty Program.
• Assist with cleaning tasks and stocking supplies.
• Distribute guest supplies and manage master keys.
